-Rachael- Founder & Design Consultant
Rachael is the Founder and Lead Design Stylist of Sand + Stone, bringing a unique perspective shaped by her background in real estate and formal design training. Her work is informed by a deep understanding of how spaces function, feel, and ultimately connect with the people who experience them.
She began her journey in interior design by staging the homes she was selling, where her natural talent for composition, balance, and visual storytelling quickly became apparent. This foundation allows her to approach each project with both creativity and intention—designing spaces that are not only beautiful, but purposeful.
While her personal aesthetic leans minimalist, defined by clean lines and thoughtful simplicity, Rachael is highly versatile in her work. She designs across a wide range of styles with ease, adapting each space to reflect the individuality and vision of her clients. Known for her creativity and exceptional eye, she leads Sand + Stone with clarity, artistry, and a refined sense of detail.
-Dana- Interior art & Styling Specialst
Dana is an Interior Art and Styling Specialist and mixed media artist working at the intersection of art, space, and nature. Each interior is approached as a canvas, composed with sculptural elements, organic textures, and curated detail to create environments that feel refined, emotive, and deeply personal.
With a foundation in mixed media art, Dana started Oliver & Rose Art and specializes in creating one-of-a-kind artwork exclusively for her clients’ homes. Collaboration is central to her process; she draws inspiration from her clients’ ideas and stories, thriving on creative challenge and allowing each project to evolve into something entirely original.
Influenced by coastal light and desert landscapes, her work reflects a balance of organic beauty and quiet luxury. Through bespoke art, thoughtful styling, and intentional design, Dana creates interiors that transcend trend—spaces that function as both sanctuary and statement.
